Dale. (20 years experience) Dale is a fully qualified gas engineer with 20 years of experience. Dale has exceptional work ethics, planning and business skills. Dale has expanded the business over the past 15 years and grown it to the company that we are today. His philosophy for the company is to ensure the job is done correctly and to insure the customer is always happy. He is extremely tidy and meticulous and takes extra attention to every detail. He treats every job, no matter how big or small, with pride and ensures that each job is carried out to the highest standard. This is replicated throughout the whole team, who all take the required steps to ensure customer satisfaction. Dale is super efficient, and always takes the time to explain everything required to the customer s and staff.

Chloe has helped Dale build the company from conception. She knows all aspects of the company from accounting, operations, invoicing and so much more. All of this whilst raising three small children. She is an extremely hard working individual and without her efforts, the company wouldn’t be where it is today. She has built great relationships with long standing customers and enjoys hearing how happy they are once works have been completed. She is very proud of each member of the team and feels like the engineers and office team are her family. She enjoys Caroline’s cakes on occasion too.

As Office Manager, Caroline holds the most senior position. She has over 35 years experience in the plumbing and heating industry. She spends her time dealing with quotations, invoicing and managing the Engineers diaries, to name but a few. She is able to take control of any situation at any point from conception to completion. Some say she has more knowledge of plumbing and heating than most engineers in the area. Caroline is a very fair, warm and kind member of our team. She has a fantastic sense of humour and has built fantastic relationships with our customers and engineers. She looks after us all and quite often bakes us cakes.

Ben is our longest serving Engineer. He has been with the company from the very beginning. He is our Chief Engineer and is our ‘go to man’ when Dale is unavailable. Ben has 20+ years experience within the plumbing and heating industry and proves himself time and time again by solving problems other companies couldn’t quite solve. He has undertaken extensive training at Worcester Bosch to complete his Commercial gas. He works on all aspects of domestic and commercial plumbing, gas, lpg and electrical systems, and is also our senior estimator. Ben will always find the time to help the engineers and the girls in the office. He is extremely knowledgeable and hasn’t once been unable to diagnose a boiler fault. It really is his ‘thing’. Ben is extremely loyal and caring and nothing is too much trouble. He is great to be around.

Carl was trained by Dale himself and has over 13 years experience. He has grown to be a very valuable and versatile member of our company. Carl undertakes all aspects of the industry from new gas heating systems, bathrooms and kitchens installations and maintenance. Working alongside Bobby and Kelvin, his attention to detail is of paramount importance. Carl is extremely clean and tidy and has a fantastic personality. He is very caring and kind and extremely patient. He is always cheerful.

Dax is our operations manager at Dale Saunders Ltd and has over 10 years experience in the building and facility management industry. His broad knowledge of the industry is very important to our company. Dax is a very intelligent guy and a super fast learner. Although he has only been with us for 1 year, he now fully understands all aspects of how our company runs and is at the forefront of getting the most out of the technology available. He is amenable, friendly and always happy to help. He has a wonderful nature and has a great presence about him.
